Chip is the best! I went in to make an appointment for the following week. There was a bodywork issue with the car. He got his guy to fix it, on the spot! Saved me $200 from a bid I just got at G &G Body Work around the corner. I got out of there paying only $80 😎, and it made me stressless; two months of worry gone in a flash. My Honda Accord Hybrid Touring appreciates this. Chip pays close attention to all my needs every time I pop in with my car. I promote Golden Gear to all of my Family of Friends, going back to when Alex and his wife started there in Sebastopol. I need not go to any other auto repair shop for bids as Golden Gear Automotive handles all my automotive needs timely and professionally. He applies himself with clear thinking and wide knowledge, to address the customer's concerns, to explain in clear terms the nature of any given problem, and then to solve it in a way that is economical and pragmatic. It is great that Alex has in Chip a customer service coordinator/manager who is calm, well-organized, friendly, and treats the customer with utmost respect and courtesy.
