I went here with my last car and always had a good time, felt accommodated, reasonably priced, and the work was always well done. I had asked them to do a full inspection and they gave me a super thorough report, I really appreciated the detail and that I could view it online. I'm not sure if they're under new management or whatever but I made an appointment for 4:30 in the afternoon and when I showed up the person told me that they don't do afternoon appointments and that my appointment had been for 9:30. Well thats not what I had understood but oh well, while I'm here can I make an appointment? I work mornings and I've only ever made afternoon appointments here, which usually means they have to keep my car for a day or two, which has never been an issue before. The earliest I could ever bring it in is 2:30. That was not working for this person I guess and he had no suggestions, nothing helpful to say at all and basically made me feel like I was an idiot for asking someone to work on my car after 12pm. When he asked what I wanted to do I said I want to leave and then I did. And then I cried in the parking lot and drove my car (that I only drove at all to get serviced here) all the way back to Bodega Bay with crappy brakes. Maybe next time offer actual workable suggestions and try to be helpful? I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
