They are always very thorough

They installed a power steering fluid pump for me and 8 months later I began having similar problems. I brought it in and it was a defective pump. They replaced it completely free of charge. Very happy with their customer service.

This was a tough problem. The truck sat for over a month and then when jumped started-once. Then didn't start. Has a fuel over ride switch in it. Tried that. Had it towed to Alex and he asked for second key to truck. Turns out the computer was failing to failed. Since it is a 2000 truck. No ready parts, so Alex sent it out to be rebuilt. Took awhile but I wasn't using the truck right then. It is now home and running fine! Thanks again, Alex.
