I had a minor car emergency and needed to get a strange noise checked out - was from the Coast and didn't trust that it was safe to drive back. A friend recommended Golden Gear, and they could not have been nicer, or more thoughtful and competent. They absolutely went out of their way for me, were very thorough, and my problem was solved. In the meantime, I had them check one tire (completely unrelated) because a 'low pressure' light had come one. Turned out I had a small nail in the tire, and they fixed it on the spot. Super people, excellent service, highly recommended!
