Alex, Chip and the crew at Golden Gear run an excellent shop. They diagnosed the problems with my Chevy Silverado quickly and accurately, repaired them correctly at a very fair and honest cost. I highly recommend this shop. They really care about their customers!

They are a good repair shop but I felt I was overcharged. We have a second car that doesn’t get a lot of miles that needed to be smogged. it didn’t pass on the first time and they told us to drive it 150 miles and they’ll check it again. I did and it passed but they charged full price for 5 minutes of work. I don’t expect anything for free, but I did feel a discount would’ve been fair since it was the second time, and hardly took any amount of time at all. I used to have a shop a long time ago and if someone had to come back a second time, we always gave them a break

Great service friendly people

Like a Dr appointment they tell you about all that is happening with you(your car) and go over the most important, pressing issues. You could have them fix it all and keep your car always at 100% or listen to what they think needs to be fixed now. Very transparent and genuine people.
