Alex was great. He explained everything so a non car person could understand and did thorough and thoughtful work in figuring out the problem. I would highly recommend Golden Gear.

I was looking for a automotive service and repair shop here in Sebastopol when someone suggested Golden Gear. When I walked into the auto shop I was treated with respect and a friendly smile. The young lady in the office was very kind and helpful. When I first met Alex he was very professional and willing to listen. I have since taken my cars to Alex for all of my , cars needs. Alex is straight forward and so helpful. So for me great experience. I totally give Golden Gear 5 stars and I would hope when you have a car issue, go see Alex, you'll be treated by honest and friendly people.
